# W&B 팀 구성원은 내 데이터를 볼 수 있나요?

W\&B의 핵심 엔지니어와 지원팀 직원은 사용자의 허가를 받아 디버깅 목적으로 로깅된 값에 접근할 수 있습니다. 모든 데이터 저장소의 데이터는 저장 시 암호화되며, 감사 로그에 접근 내역이 기록됩니다. 데이터를 W\&B 직원으로부터 격리하려면 Self-Managed 솔루션 라이선스를 구매하여 자체 인프라 내에서 W\&B 서버를 실행하세요.
